Gattacca will always be free to download and use. It also offers an auto-renewing subscription, Gattacca Premium ($7.99/month or $49.99/year), that unlocks all of the apps advanced tracking tools, including some of the features listed above.

Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your iTunes account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. There is no increase in pricing when renewing.
Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off under Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. Once purchased, no cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.
